About the Service
Cartivo is a self-hosted administration tool built for small businesses and sellers who run live sales on their own Facebook Pages. Sellers post products on their Page; customers reply in the comments with a product code (for example "A12 size M"). The application receives those comments through Meta's official Webhooks and Graph API, matches them against the seller's product catalogue and registers an order — removing hours of manual copy-paste work.
The application only accesses Pages that the administrator explicitly connects through the official Facebook Login flow, and only uses the permissions needed to read comments and manage the connected Page's engagement.
How It Works
- Connect your Facebook Page The Page administrator signs in with Facebook and grants the app access to their own Page via the official Meta OAuth flow.
- Publish products Products with codes, prices and stock quantities are defined in the admin dashboard.
- Customers comment When a customer comments a product code under a post, Meta's Webhooks deliver the comment to the application.
- Orders are created The system matches the code, reserves inventory and records the order for the seller to fulfil.
