Requesting Deletion of Your Data
Cartivo processes Facebook comment data solely to create orders for the Facebook Page you interacted with, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Email request
- Send an email Write to griskusaugustinas@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Identify your data Include your Facebook profile name and the name of the Facebook Page whose post you commented on, so we can locate your records.
- Confirmation We will verify the request and delete all associated personal data within 30 days, then send you a confirmation.
Option 2 — Remove the app via Facebook
- Open Facebook settings Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Remove the app Find the Cartivo app in the list and click Remove.
- Automatic processing Facebook notifies us of the removal, and related Platform Data is deleted from our systems.
Note: some order records may be retained in anonymized form, or where retention is required by
law (e.g. accounting regulations), as described in our
Privacy Policy.
